A quick update

We had some rain today but still managed to spend most of the day wondering around the city of Yangon and visited a large market and a park. We decided to skip the Shwedagon Paya today because the weather was just to gloomy of a backdrop. We will hold off until we return to Yangon to catch a flight out. Hopefully by then the weather has cleared some since we are now on the tail end of the rainy season in Myanmar.

 

We will be heading north to Mandalay on bus tomorrow night. There should be interenet there as so we should be able to update the blog with our whereabouts.
